VARACHHA KATARGAM CPE SURAT (VKCPE) provides services for professional education, including membership registrations and event enrollments. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.

1. Event Registration Fees

Once paid, fee for event registration or seminar participation is non-refundable. However, in the case of event cancellation or postponement from VKCPE and not the user, full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees, either for new membership or renewal, are non-refundable after successful payment processing.

3. Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved by VKCPE Management, it will be initiated and credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Cancellation and Subscriptions

Users can cancel their membership anytime, but no amount will be refunded for the remaining period of the membership. For event registrations, no cancellations are permitted once payment is confirmed.
